Art Foragers is a studio that blends the transformative power of expressive arts with a commitment to healing and empowering communities and organisations. In a results-oriented and fragmented world, they exist to facilitate a way back to our bodies and emotions through process-based expressive arts. 

Pivoting away from the form and technique emphasised in traditional art education, Art Foragers practices listening patiently for the intelligence at the heart of every moment of creation, acknowledging that creativity lives inside of all of us.

The group believes that humans, throughout time, have used the arts as a map for healing, community building, and wisdom-seeking. For this reason, they are passionate about bringing the creative process into workshop spaces to foster well-being, as a way to build connections back to themselves and to each other.
