Iris Sham Sin Hang is a Hong Kong-based multidisciplinary artist and researcher whose practice intertwines food, image, and material processes. With a background in politics, law, and food-based art research, she explores social justice, collective memory and cultural rootedness. She uses ingredients, fermentation, and lens-based work as poetic and political archives to cultivate tenderness and resilience. She is a member of the Food Art Research Network and the food editor of Planted Journal.
