Hey, Silly Swan: Let’s Play! Come on!! – A Cantonese Wordplay Workshop for Parents & Children

‘You silly goose, what’s the use?’

‘You silly swan, let’s play, come on!’

Turns out, a pretty awesome Cantonese-word-game-beach-party might be just what  Peng Chau families need! But to get the party going, we need you there first!

Poet Ah Ching (Yam Gong) is a master at weaving wonderfully cheeky Cantonese witticisms into his poetry. His poems are mischievous and playful,  showing off how expressive, inventive, and downright silly Cantonese can be.

Come crack the Cantonese code with us, then reassemble all the pieces into made-up words and fun combinations. We’ll play, laugh, and capture the moment in little zines.

Bring your parent (or your child!) for some wholesome fun at Pak Wan Beach!
