Community Yoga, Movement, Breathwork & Brunch - In the Jungle

Join us for this special gathering of like-minded community in the wilderness of Lantau for this heart-warming day of wellness. We will start the day off under the trees with grounding yoga (12 Nov) or “Dancing to the Inner Temple” (26 Nov) led by Bex, before being treated to a nourishing Brunch cooked by plant-based chefs Paloma and Matt. The afternoon then begins with “Transformational Breathwork” led by Matt, followed by tea, cake and a fire to keep warm as evening approaches.
