'Treasure' Hunt

Eduardo F. Freyre, May Ling Chan & Winnie the Farm

Peng Chau residents Eduardo and May Ling regularly go to the neighbouring Lantau Island to collect cow dung for compost. Participants will visit their fertile garden on Peng Chau and the benefit of cow dung, followed by taking a ferry to Mui Wo and collecting cow dung together. The collected cow dung will then be brought to ‘Winnie the Farm’ to compose, completing the ecological cycle on Lantau.

Winnie the Farm

A leisure farm located in Mui Wo, Winnie the Farm promotes the local agriculture by organising farming experience courses for visitors. Visitors can also purchase organic produce.
